A: My army and I attacked Rome in 410 CE, which led to the fall of Rome. The problems really showed in 476 CE and it no longer gave security or infrastructure for the next 1,000 years to the people in Rome.

Columbus Leaves Spain- 1492
Q: Christopher Columbus, why did you leave Spain?
Rome Sacked/Falls to Barbarians- 410 C.E.
Q: Alaric I, why did you sack Rome?
A: My group, the Visagoths, and I sacked Rome because we wanted their food. We seiged for two years and once we got in we saw that many people were being starved and dieing of disease. We came inside and killed more people, took their money, and the last bit of food they had. We didn't find much so we left Rome to suffer. This event was important because the empire was so strong and then one day when they got surrounded they fell apart.

Great Schism- 1054 AD
Q: Pope, why did you have somebody excommunicate the patriarch of Constantinople?
A: I had the patriarch of Constantinople excommunicated because I wanted rule the church by myself and give the patriarch less power.
Q: Why did you excommunicate the Pope, patriarch of Constantinople?
A: I had the Pope excommunicated because of revenge to him doing so to me. He wanted me to have less power so when I excommunicated him he lost power.
Background-
Both of the excommunications caused a split in the church. Two sides of the Church were created. They were called, the Eastern Orthodox Church and the Catholic Church.

Magna Carta- 1215 AD
Q: King John, why did they Barons force you to sign the Magna Carta?
A: The Barons were rebelling against the taxes I had created and the rights that I had violated, so they forced me to sign the Magna Carta. The document stated the Barons rights and I had to follow them. That was the first time that somebody had power over the king other then the pope.
